Annette is a creative and committed brand-builder, with a strong analytical background. With over 17 years experience, she balances creativity with the bottom line, a skill that she honed from her years in both finance and marketing. Annette brings with her insights from a wide range of industries from oral care to personal care to footwear, at companies like The Boston Consulting Group, Procter & Gamble, Gillette, AT&T, and The Stride Rite Corp.

Annette thrives on identifying opportunities and successfully guiding products from concept to launch particularly in highly competitive markets, having touched every piece of the product development puzzle for both national and international (N. America, Europe, Asia) launches. As a partner at CMI, she led marketing strategy planning, product design and development, and packaging direction for the most anticipated launch by the nation’s leading coffeemaker brand.  Beyond her in-depth work in the small appliance category, her projects have included product positioning work and testing for a new-to-the world ice cream dispenser and providing a new product development process for the leader in the transportation of sports equipment. 

Fluent in German and conversant in French, Annette has lived and worked abroad while coordinating global launches. Annette has degrees from both The Wharton School of Business (Finance) and The Kellogg School of Management (Marketing).
