Lisa (Guimond) Brookins

Having grown up through her career marketing consumer brands such as Gillette, Johnson's, Band-Aid Brand, Oral B, Reach and Graco, Lisa's primary focus has been driving profitable growth for brand portfolios, often through the commercialization of new products balanced with commercial innovation for existing businesses. Well-versed in both the U.S. and Canadian Markets, Lisa has been involved in the launches of hundreds of successful new products, including Gillette Mach3, Oral-B Stages, and Band-Aid Brand Liquid Bandage, among others. She has worked for Gillette, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Proctor & Gamble in both the U.S. and in Canada.
Since co-founding Compass Marketing Innovation, she has indulged her passion for delving into the hearts, minds and behaviors of consumers by helping our clients with all their secondary and primary market research needs. She moderates focus groups and conducts usability studies for many of our clients. Lisa also creates strategic business plans, conducts in-depth landscape assessments, and ideates, develops and tests product concepts. She has worked directly with clients including Global Ionics, Dorel Juvenile Products, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Palomar Medical Technologies, MooBella and Novartis.
Lisa is fluent in French, a native of Montreal and graduate of Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business with a Master’s of Science in Administration (Marketing).
